The whole experience for custom embroidery was fairly simple. I had no issues with ordering. The product came out perfectly and within a very reasonable time frame. It was also very reasonably priced. Would come here again for custom embroidery.

I love this sweatshirt! Super soft and the bottom of the sweatshirt cinch at the bottom the way I like it. I'm 5'4, 130lbs and I got a medium and it fit perfectly! I will say the sweatshirt is thinner than I expected but still good quality.

Ordered this runner because I was looking for something to decorate on, this gave me a lovely base to work with. The color matches everything, the material gives dimension, and the embroidery gives it movement that is unique to what I was looking for. I love the subtle ways of bringing cultural elements into this piece. Highly recommend.

This crewneck is subtle and gorgeous. The material is soft and the embroidery is *chef's kiss*. Although I am not Palestinian, to me it is a deep and meaningful piece of wearable art that mixes traditional with modern. I am grateful that Hala has shared this with us. I'm in love with the crewneck I ordered from this shop. The embriodery came out very lovely and looks sturdy and it was very much worth the wait. I also opted for the personalized initials on the sleeve which came out SO good. The message is a good reminder to me, as I am an artist at heart but don't get to work in the art field. All in all, a beautiful and meaningful piece.
